Abstract The study was conducted to investigate the growth of mercury-resistant bacterial consortium under influence different pHs, temperatures, and C:N ratios, as a part mercury bioremediation research. consisted five isolates selected due their resistance HgCl 2 up 100 ppm proven effectively reduce from culture media. Consortium suspension inoculated into two sets media: 1) Tryptic soy broth (TSB) with pHs 4.8, 6.1, 8.5, 9.7; 2) Mineral salt addition glucose peptone create ratios 20:1, 30:1, 40:1 while pH set 7.4.
